At Innovative, we are focused on helping every customer become a technology company, which means a key focus on Data, Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI (GenAI). We are seeking a data-first Cloud Architect that will be responsible for guiding customers and internal teams to the next frontier on their technological journey by developing their Data/ML plans and strategies.
Job Overview:
As a Cloud Architect at Innovative Solutions, you will be a key technical resource, responsible for helping our customers successfully utilize AWS (Amazon Web Services) data tools to grow their businesses and create new revenue streams. You will have a deep understanding of AWS data, ML, and Generative AI services as well as common third-party data and ETL tools.
Responsible for:
-Engage with customers to understand their current state, and design data and analytics solutions that will meet their requirements
-Create and deliver detailed Data and ML plans, including timelines, cost estimates, and detailed technical guidance for the customer
-Provide guidance on best practices for using AWS Data and ML services such as Glue, SageMaker, Bedrock and how they can be integrated with the customer's existing stack
-Stay up to date with new AWS services and features and be able to articulate their value to customers
-Act as an organizational consultant to customers, guiding them on how cloud technologies will transform their business
-Provide technical guidance to other members of the Innovative Solutions teams
-Develop procedures and standards for the AWS Data and ML Practice for the Innovative Technical Sales Engineering team
-Work with the Innovative Product team to refine and create new products and service offerings for the market

What experience you need:
-Experience with Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, and AI/ML vendors such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and or Cohere.
-5+ years of experience in a delivery role at a cloud consulting or cloud managed services provider.
-Experience using the Amazon Web Services platform.
-Understanding of core AWS data and analytics services such as RDS, S3, Redshift, Glue, Quicksight, Athena, Kinesis.
-Understanding of IBM services Watson X, Watson X Assistant, Data Stage preferred
$160,000 - $200,000 a year

When extending an offer, Innovative considers factors including, but not limited to, the responsibilities of the specific role, market conditions, geographic location, as well as the candidate's professional experience, key skills, and education/training.
