Job Summary:

As a Clothing Processing Associate at Freedom Rave Wear, you'll be integral to our product journey, ensuring every item we produce meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. This position demands a blend of speed, precision, and a keen eye for aesthetics. Key Responsibilities:

*Inventory Processing: Tag, fold, and prepare our in-house manufactured clothing items for sale or distribution, adhering to our unique standards and protocols. *Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of items for any defects or damages to maintain our quality promise; promptly report any issues to the management team. *Organization: Keep the work environment pristine and systematically organized, ensuring efficient storage and processing of items. *Efficiency: Demonstrate the ability to work quickly without compromising on the quality of work, aiming to meet or exceed set productivity targets. *Presentation: Apply your exceptional folding and presentation skills to enhance the visual appeal of our products, contributing to an extraordinary customer experience. *Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure a seamless flow of products from manufacturing to the customer, embodying our ethos of unity and passion.

Qualifications:

*Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or fashion environment. *Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. *Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines. *Strong interpersonal and communication skills. *A passion for fashion and the rave culture is a plus.

Compensation

We are pleased to provide competitive pay and benefits. Our benefits reflect our investment in the overall health and well-being of our employees and their families. We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance to all full-time employees, paid holidays, paid time off, and an employee discount on our products. The expected pay range is: $17.00 to $18.50 annually. Compensation may vary based on related skills, experience, and relevant key attributes.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $17.00 - $18.50/hour.
