Closing Associate

Global Equity Finance is seeking a Closing Associate to add to our rapidly growing company. GEQ is a Mortgage company with a fun and high energy working environment, looking for someone with the right attitude to learn, grow and thrive within the organization. This Closing Associate is an entry-level position with opportunities to move into different roles in the company.

Job Duties:

Your job duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Review loans for closing
• Work with Loan Officer and Title for loan signings
• Review documentation for loan signing
• Work with banking and investors for post close process

Qualifications

• Qualification: 1-2 years of administrative / data-entry / food & beverage / hospitality
• Bachelors Degree or Higher (Preffered)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superb time-management and able to meet strict deadlines
• Team player
• Quick learner with a strong sense of urgency
• Desire to learn mortgage industry regulations
• Knowledge of basic computer functions

Pay: $16.85-$22 plus bonus / $40,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
