Salary- Demonstrate expertise in examining and clearing requirements on Title Commitments.
- Perform data entry for title orders and initiate requests for title from the underwriter on new orders.
- Produce closing protection letters, Prelim-ALTA/CDs, and title requirements for lenders.
- Order surveys, payoffs, lien searches, and other required services to ensure clear title.
- Coordinate and schedule real estate closings with all involved parties.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of title insurance, real estate processing, and closings, including proficiency in professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle tasks such as ordering mortgage payoffs, estoppel letters, surveys, and more.
- Experience with LANDTECH software is highly desired but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.50 per week
