SalaryThe Role: As a member of our Clone Crew/Floater team, you will support the Clone Manager and assist in all areas of propagation, cloning, pot filling, staging and ensuring our plants have the best start in their growth cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in propagation/cloning and pot filling/staging.
- Irrigation staking
- Support plant technicians with pruning, leafing, and transplanting.
- Aid in compliance, plant movement, harvest/cycling activities, and plant tagging
- Assist maintenance manager in the upkeep and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Assist with all facilities operations as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
- Plant Cultivation, Greenhouse or Indoor grow setting: 1 year (Preferred)
