- Answering inbound calls/Making outbound calls
- Payment processing along with financial counseling
- You are the initial point of contact for patients, referring physicians and visitors. They are expected to promote excellent customer service both in person and over the phone while performing a variety of functions and assisting in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office.

Requirements:
- Travel to our facilities in Rio Grande City, Harlingen, and Edinburg are required.
- Flexible Schedule is a must
- Spanish fluency is required
- Relevant customer service/medical exprience/front office/call center experience required.
- A+ customer service-oriented attitude, charisma, and excellent bedside manner.
- Tech savviness
- Drug screens and background check
- Maturity, good judgment, and a proactive mind, anticipate and preempt problems (rather than simply react to them)
