Job description

Join our dynamic team at Pharmaron where innovation meets excellence in clinical research.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking to add a skilled Clinical Trial Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting critical projects that shape the future of medicine.

This role is remote - based in the USA.

What you will do:

As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will carry out responsibilities and work within a clinical operations team to help them organise and complete successful pharmaceutical studies

In addition:

  • Organize and maintain project documents in compliance with management plans and regulations.
  • Manage and upkeep Trial Master Files (TMF) on a daily basis.
  • Assist in drafting project documents and necessary forms.
  • Aid in the application and preparation of institutional projects and ethical materials.
  • Support contract signing and processing within projects.
  • Monitor trial fees application, payment tracking and record and summarize trial expenses for monthly reports.
  • Manage communication with ethics committees and track correspondence.
  • Handle procurement, distribution, and calibration of project materials.
  • Assist in vendor management and issue resolution.
  • Support in investigational product application and transportation tracking.
  • Provide assistance in project meetings and related tasks.
  • Offer daily support within the trial project.

What We are Looking for:

Your experience as a CTA, encompassing skills such as teamwork, communication, rapport building, and project management, are instrumental abilities that will propel success in this position.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-functional environment.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English is vital.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in medical, pharmaceutical, nursing, or biological sciences.
  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
