We are looking for an Independent Licenced Clinical Therapist for one of our state-of-the-art locations. If you are a licensed therapist with strong work ethic and substance abuse treatment centers experience please apply now for an immediate response.

Licensed Clinical Qualifications:

• LICSW, LMHC, LMFT LCSW, or LCADC in the state of MA.
• Master's degree in social work or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience with substance abuse patients preferred

Licensed Clinical Therapist Responsibilities:

•   Develop clearly stated treatment goals and objectives that are measurable.
• Develop interventions that will accomplish goals and objectives and state the planned frequency of interventions.
•  Create an atmosphere in which self-disclosure is facilitated.
• Conduct educational groups (lectures/videos/discussions) effectively.
•  Assist patients in understanding treatment goals.
•   Give patients a clear picture of where he/she stands with regard to progress toward recovery as seen by the therapist and the multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Enforce program rules and regulations in a firm but fair manner.
