We're currently seeking a Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to join our client specializing in end-of-life care in Columbia, SC (29210). In this role, you'll lead a dedicated team of approximately 10 professionals who provide compassionate care across various facilities including skilled nursing centers, hospice facilities, and in-home settings. Ideal candidates will bring strong management experience, particularly in home care or hospice environments, and can look forward to competitive pay and outstanding benefits!
Position Highlights:
- Salary range: $84,000-$90,000 annually
- Monday to Friday schedule—no weekends required!
- Performance-based bonuses available
- Travel reimbursement provided as needed
- Non-profit organization focused on serving communities across 32 counties in North and South Carolina with end-of-life care
Qualifications:
- Active SC or compact RN License
- BLS certification
- Preferably several years of management experience in Home Health or Hospice
- Willingness to assist in the field as needed
