Clinical Systems Business Analyst - VNA (EPIC)

We are searching for a VNA Clinical Systems Business Analyst to provide initial support for the assigned Epic application's operational (transactional) data and reporting requests, through updates or edits to existing data extracts and reporting or by developing new routine extracts and reports. Will work with management and collaborate with others to understand business operations, processes, and user needs. Partner with manager to guide and educate end-users on the use and interpretation of data extracts and reporting.

• Prefer candidates who reside in New England (MA, RI, CT, NH, ME, VT) who will be able to go into the office periodically

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with equivalent combination of two years related knowledge and experience in a healthcare field with associated technical experience required.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Knowledge and experience with other computer applications, database development, Windows-based PC environments is a desirable.
• Work independently and exercise independent judgement.
• Effectively handle multiple, concurrent priorities and workloads.
• Ability to complete assigned work in a timely and efficient manner.
• Critical thinking and basic problem-solving skills.
• Initiative and proactive follow-up skills.
• Good facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience successfully applying knowledge to resolving routine issues.
• Direct system/application support/data analysis and reporting experience involving operational analysis preferred.
• Must be required to be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
• Candidates who live in New England (MA, RI, CT, NH, ME, VT, preferred as you will need to go into the office periodically
