Northampton Family Medicine
Northampton Family Medicine is an award-winning family practice housed in Cooley Dickinson's multispecialty medical facility located at 22 Atwood Drive, Suite 201 in Northampton, MA. As a Family Medicine office, we offer comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, newborn through adult.

Role Overview
Reporting to the Practice Manager, the RN/Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the leadership, oversight, and improvement of all clinical operations and clinical staff within the practice.
The role is full-time, 40 hours, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program required
- Current Massachusetts licensure as an RN required
- Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or AHA approved organization required
- Family Medicine/Primary Care Nursing experience preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
