Clinical Trial Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the clinical operations within our organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Job Duties
- Supervise and provide guidance to clinical staff, including training, performance evaluations, and professional development
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and other relevant regulations
- Oversee the collection and analysis of clinical data, including vital signs, blood sampling, and other measurements
- Review and approve clinical documentation, including case report forms and study protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective study execution
- Monitor study progress and identify any issues or risks that may impact timelines or data quality
- Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of clinical data
- Provide support and guidance to investigators and study sites as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes in order to continually improve clinical operations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in clinical research or a related field

-Minimum 1 year of experience in management

- Previous clinical experience from medical centers or universities
- Strong knowledge of GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Experience in supervising clinical staff and managing teams
- Proficiency in statistical software for data analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to review complex documentation
- Familiarity with medical terminology and Clinical Trial processes
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
