This role is responsible for assisting the Manager in day to day operations of the clinical practice. The clinical staff member demostrates outstanding clinical and leadership skills; will have responsibiltiy for: staff scheduling, maintaining lab certification, training and mentoring, compliance with State and Regulatory requirements, participating in and leading quality improvement initiatives. Will work as a liason to providers in the Practice.
Education - Minimum of HS Diploma
Experience - A minumum of 2 years experience in an outpatient clinic setting, leadership experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification - Must currently possess active licensure in the State of Maryland as LPN, RN or be certified as a Medical Assistant through an approved/accredited organization (ex. NCCT).
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Strong team work ethic is essential, must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work in stressful environment while maintaining a proffesional attitude and communication with staff, providers and leadership. Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills are critical.
