Stress Care of New Jersey is excited to announce the opening of TWO new locations: Somerset and Toms River!!
Stress Care of New Jersey is a JCAHO certified outpatient mental health and substance Abuse treatment center licensed with the New Jersey Department of Human Services and Accredited by the Joint Commission doing individual and group work to help clients from Monmouth, Ocean, and Middlesex counties.
We are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision of LSW/LACs, assist with managing client, caseloads, and maintain clinical standards for our outpatient programs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision of staff as well as maintenance of service caseloads
- Coordinate and monitor effective delivery of care and services, consistent with client-centered practices
- Oversees the assignment of cases, and designate case/group coverage as needed
- Conducts and coordinates initial and ongoing assessment involving the collection, analysis, and recording of significant bio-psychosocial information and addiction history
- Oversees drug testing collection, analysis, and accuracy of documentation
- Provide clinical leadership to facilitates growth of staff proficiency
- Ensures delivery of quality clinical and social services that include: individual, family, couples, and group counseling
- Assist with program planning and implementation for both staff and clients for the development of measurable outcomes and performance standards
- Participate in evaluating overall program effectiveness.
- Uses supervision and training to enhance professional competencies.
- Advocate for clients and lead in conflict resolution and crisis management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with agency standards, accreditation and funding source requirements
- Prepare annual evaluations and develop plans for improved performance
Experience:
- NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) ...required
- 5 years of Clinical Supervisory experience in mental health ...required
- Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) certificate ...required with 6 months
- NJ Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) ...a plus
