SalaryThis Clinical Supervisor position is Part Time averaging 20 hours per week with a competitive salary and an agency provided gas card. You will visit clients throughout multiple counties within a 1 hour radius of our Princeton, NJ office.
The Clinical Nursing Supervisor will oversee a team of nurses who provide highly skilled home healthcare services to our patients, will evaluate the field nurses and assess their quality of care, attention to detail, and documentation and will provide training and mentoring field nurses.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for the clinical oversight from admission through discharge of homecare clients and patients served.
- Care management and personnel management associated with the clinical delivery.
- Orientation and ongoing evaluation of nurses.
- The assurance of clinical skills and competency of nurses.
- Continuing Nurse development through education and training.
- The position will be both in office and in the field providing onsite visits patient homes
Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Supervisory Experience preferred
- Experience in home healthcare is a bonus!
- Experience with trach and vent patients a plus!
- Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
