We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct assessments
- Provide training to parents and staff
- Collaborate with other members of the team
- Maintain records and documentation
- Attend professional development activities
- Supervision of RBTs The BCBA will have the opportunity to grow within the company by taking on additional responsibilities and leadership roles.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- BCBA certification
- 5+ years of experience working with children with autism
- Strong understanding of ABA principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
