Supervise clinical personnel Spend quality one on one time with patients and their families to support everyday needs Care for patients by providing initial and ongoing assessments of patient and family needs Create and initiate care plans through assessing history of current and previous illnesses Record important health information including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Provide health care instructions to the patient as appropriate Record symptom management changes and outcomes Complete, maintain, and submit accurate and relevant clinical notes regarding patient's condition and care given And additional duties as assignedQualifications An enthusiasm for providing the best possible care to patients and their families A Registered Nurse license in good standing Must have previous experience in a hospice home care setting with two years of management or supervisory experience A valid driver's license Current CPR certification Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills* And additional related duties as neededBristol Hospice is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-verify
