You will also be required to remain current with specific professional knowledge while pursuing further enhancement of job-related expertise. We’re seeking a compassionate, diligent Clinical Social Worker with: * Master’s degree in social work or social welfare * CA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or license eligible * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification * Excellent communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills * Expertise with psychosocial assessments, clinical interventions, and treatment planning * Knowledge of Child Abuse, Elder and Dependent Adult Abuse, Neglect and Domestic Violence treatment, interventions, and reporting protocols. * Commitment to principles of patient and family centered care, and an understanding of cultural differences and diversity. * Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams * Willingness to participate in at least one area of specialized practice annually * Computer proficiency Post-masters social work experience in a healthcare setting and CA LCSW is highly preferred.
