Clinical Social Worker- In Person- Metro Detroit

MetroEHS is seeking a highly qualified Clinical Social Worker to join our team of Superheroes!

We are open to considering a candidate who is interested in joining our team in either a full-time or a part-time capacity. We are also open to having this candidate join us remotely (must be based in Michigan) or in-person at one or more of our Southeast Michigan pediatric therapy clinics.

Job Description

Sessions may be provided in-person at one of our MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy neighborhood therapy centers or virtually via our HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform.

• Provide mental health services including assessments to individuals and families during sessions.
• Prepares correspondence, progress notes, and other records on individual progress.
• Provide the necessary care and support to help patients cope with various life challenges to improve their lives.
• Demonstrate the knowledge and ability to adhere to the areas of regulatory compliance, professional standards, and ethical practices.
• Provide individual &/or group therapy sessions for their clients (in this setting for parents, siblings of kids who are seen for intensive ABA/Speech/OT/PT therapy.
• Screen for mental health disorders at daycares, preschools, schools, etc.

Qualifications:

• Must have an MSW and be licensed in the state of Michigan
• Mastery of the written and spoken English; foreign language a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $31.73 - $42.30 per hour
