Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Drug Screening/Occupational Health Services Team as a Clinical Services Specialist
Responsibilities
- Followup with labs and clinics to obtain results
- Input, reviewand finalize drug test and occupational health reports into our electronic tracking system
- Outbound/Inbound phone calls
- Data Entry of test results
- Clinical Result Specialist may also be cross-trained in the role of a urine drug screen collector
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in Drug Testing, Occupational Health, Third Party Administrator (TPA) or similar position is preferred.
- DOT knowledge/experience is a plus.
- Communicate in a professional, customer service-oriented manner
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Previous experience in specimen collections preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred

Must be available for an in-person interview. Fluent English, both written and verbal, is required.
