Clinical Services Specialist

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Drug Screening/Occupational Health Services Team as a Clinical Services Specialist

Responsibilities

• Followup with labs and clinics to obtain results
• Input, reviewand finalize drug test and occupational health reports into our electronic tracking system
• Outbound/Inbound phone calls
• Data Entry of test results
• Clinical Result Specialist may also be cross-trained in the role of a urine drug screen collector
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in Drug Testing, Occupational Health, Third Party Administrator (TPA) or similar position is preferred.
• DOT knowledge/experience is a plus.
• Communicate in a professional, customer service-oriented manner
• Have a high level of attention to detail
• Previous experience in specimen collections preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred

Must be available for an in-person interview. Fluent English, both written and verbal, is required.
