Job Summary
Under the direction of VP, Head of Centralized Study Operations, Clinical Data Specialists will be accountable for meticulous data input and management, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of trial records for each protocol executed within the Atlas Clinical Research Network.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry Management: Accurately entering research data into databases or electronic systems (EDC). Thoroughly maintain study logs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of study progress.
- Data Validation and Compliance: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of the entered data by performing data validation checks and verifying that it aligns with the protocol and research standards.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with site staff and monitors as needed to provide effective assistance, ensuring study compliance and quality.
- Quality Control: Execute weekly Quality Assurance (QA) checks on Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems, promptly resolving discrepancies to uphold data integrity.
- Operational Efficiencies: Demonstrate a swift EDC turnaround time of 24 hours, ensuring data accuracy and prompt entry. Uphold a commitment to timely responsiveness by addressing all queries within 48 business hours.
- Certification Oversight: Oversee the organization and maintenance of delegation, training and certification records within the e-Regulatory system.
Qualifications
- High School Degree or equivalent is required.
- Experience as medical technician preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Wage: $19-22/hour
