Qualifications:
- Requires High School education or equivalent
- Previous experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
The Medical Group Front Desk Specialist coordinates the encounter or episode process for the customer/patient including scheduling appointments, entering referrals, updating patient demographics and facilitating the Advanced Access process.
