Primary Objective:
Clinical Sales Advisor, Europe will be co–driving our European sales activities by providing product and clinical expertise to our local business partners, customers, and internal stakeholders. The person in charge will be demonstrating clinical needs for our solutions and pointing out our strengths over competitors to win new business and support existing business. While based in the EU and working from home office, the Clinical Sales Advisor will be spending around 60% of time travelling within Europe to support our local sales initiatives.
Essential Job Functions:
- Support for Sales Representatives during onsite meetings with clinicians by providing profound clinical and product related argumentation helping sell Nonin products.
- Helping identify, contact, and meet potential new customers.
- Identifying, contacting, and collaborating with local Key Opinion Leaders
- Direct collaboration with Nonin’s business partners organizing shared customers visits, product training and workshops across Europe.
- Provide in – person and online clinical product training for existing and potential new customers as well as business partners and their sales teams.
- Creating concepts, planning and co-organizing webinars for Nonin’s business partners and customers
- Following clinical market developments and reporting observed changes and trends
- Continuously increasing knowledge of Nonin’s technology, products, and solutions
- Supporting Nonin’s Territory Managers in their daily business administration by executing and supporting the territory manager’s strategic plan
- Working closely with Customer Advocacy, Marketing and other departments at Nonin’s global headquarters in Plymouth, U.S. to ensure the best-in-class support for Nonin customers.
- Preparing reports and analyses of activities to the Snr Int Business Manager, EMEA
- Performance of additional duties as assigned to support teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
- Successfully completed medical/clinical education – ex. at a medical school, medical university, nursing school or similar in the areas related to pulmonology, respiratory care or sleep medicine
- Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written. Proficiency in additional European languages will be an advantage.
- Valid driving license

- Ready to present and communicate via video platforms in real time and in recorded sessions, stored and shared online.
- Ready to attend and work at tradeshows, congresses, or seminars also during weekends.
- Ability to utilize popular software programs to create attractive presentations and present data and reports in a meaningful format.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior professional clinical experience in the areas of pulmonology, respiratory care or sleep medicine
- Prior professional industry experience in a similar position
- Experience with home care market and home care providers
- General knowledge and understanding of the actual patient monitoring landscape.
- Experience with pulse oximetry products and technologies
- International experience
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, and/or stand for 8 hours/day.
- Ability to travel by car, train and/or aircraft extensively.
- Ability to lift or move up to 20 kg.
