Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinical Research Coordinator. As a Psychiaty Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the coordination and management of clinical trials. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of medical research and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Days: MWF

Monday 8am - 5pm

Wednesday 8am -5pm

Friday 8am -2pm

Duties:

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of Clinical Research studies, ensuring compliance with protocols, regulations, and ethical guidelines

- Recruit and screen potential study participants, explaining study procedures and obtaining informed consent

- Collect and analyze data, including patient medical histories, laboratory results, and other relevant information

- Perform phlebotomy and blood sampling as required for study protocols

- Manage documentation review and maintain accurate records of study activities

- Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory documents for study approval

- Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth study operations

- Monitor participant safety throughout the duration of the study

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare)

- Previous experience in Clinical Research coordination preferred

- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical trial processes

- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Familiarity with compliance management standards in Clinical Research
