Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of administrative processes to streamline practice operations.
- Process bi-weekly payroll for contracted providers
- Ensure payer contracts are monitored, reviewed, and signed as appropriate
Staff Coordination:
- Liaison between the Clinical Practice Group and Human Resources to schedule orientation for new Providers.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing process for clinical staff.
- Physician scheduling for special event services
Patient Experience:
- Ensure a positive patient experience by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a patient-centric approach.
- Implement and monitor patient satisfaction surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Quality Assurance:
- Assist in maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Financial Management:
- Assist in budget management, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Work with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and revenue cycle management.
Technology and Systems:
- Proficiently navigate and utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend technological solutions to enhance clinic efficiency.
Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication between clinical staff, administrative personnel, and other departments.
- Contribute to regular staff meetings and provide updates on practice operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years' experience in a hospital or physician practice, preferably in a managerial or administrative role.
- Experience with clinical provider credentialing
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and electronic health record systems.
