Home Care Clinical Manager
21st Century Consultants is the nation’s leading home health care consulting company. Our company specializes in new home care agency start-ups and on-going agency support. We take on the burden of managing the state licensing application, agency accreditation and insurance provider enrollments. Our Clinical team is the crucial step in the process. The team is responsible for assisting the client in starting a health care business and preparing the client for their accreditation survey. Job Description
The Clinical Manager must have a good understanding of certified and non-certified home health care requirements, state regulations as applicable, standards as required by each accrediting body and a solid home care/hospice background.
The Clinical Manager works with our clients after they complete the licensing process. Depending on the level of agency (non-medical home care, skilled home health or hospice) and whether accredited or not, the Clinical Manager will spend time working with clients via telephone or Teams video calls to assist them in setting up their offices and records, understanding their policies and procedures manuals, and preparing them for their accreditation survey.
Responsibilities
· Coach client through the various start-up phases
· Assist client as they prepare for survey including understanding the regulations and standards
· Assist clients in achieving accreditation with one of the accrediting organizations (AOs)
· Support client with understanding their state and federal regulations and the AO standards after survey
Requirements
· Five (5) years of Home Health Care Registered Nursing (management level preferred)
· Current registered nurse license in good standing
· Competent use of computers & software
· Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation.
Skills
· Able to multi-task
· Strong customer service ability
· Efficient with the internet, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Word, MS Office required

Compensation
Base $75K to $90K DOE

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
