Concierge Home Care is growing, and we are actively seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager, RN to join our team in The Villages, FL!

What does a Home Health Clinical Manager do?
The Clinical Manager assists the Director of Clinical Services/Administrator in supervising home health services to patients in place of residence by physician orders and strives to provide the highest quality of care. Some examples include:
- Complies with accepted professional standards and principles
- Follows Agency policies and procedures to set an example for employees
- Maintains compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures
- Reviews clinical documentation and maintains current knowledge of all Medicare, Federal, Insurance, Company, and Hospital guidelines, policies, and protocols
What are some of the qualifications of a Home Health Clinical Manager?
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing (RN) and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing, required
- Two years of experience in nursing is preferred
- A minimum of two years experience in skilled, geriatric home health care, required
- Proficiency in OASIS documentation, required
What is the schedule for a Home Health Clinical Manager?
Full-time, Monday-Friday, In-office
*This is a salaried position with quarterly bonus opportunities
