$5,000 Sign-on Bonus.

 

Annual Salary starting between $70,000 - $85,000 (based on experience).

Responsibilities

Our hospitals offer a post-ICU plan of care that focuses on mobility, weight-bearing, ambulation and nutrition - all crucial contributors to getting patients back to their baseline of health.

 

The Clinical Liaison is an advocate for patients during the pre-admission process. In this role, you will help referring hospitals identify patients who have entered into a state of chronic critical illness and are elligible for our specialized hospital services.

 

You will travel to referring hospitals in your area to conduct patient assessments, counsel with families about their loved-ones and their options for continuing care, and you will help all parties navigate the insurance guidelines that govern access to Select's critical illness recovery services.

 

This is a salaried position that works Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. This position is bonus eligible.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RT) License.
• Other Clinical designations will be considered for candidates who also have prior Clinical Liaison experience. 

Preferred qualifications that will make you successful:

• Prior liaison or business development experience is preferred.
