WeCare is actively seeking a motivated ClinicalAdmissions Liaisonfor our community in PA. Our ClinicalAdmissions Liaison is someone with drive and personality to join our team of Healthcare professionals.

Job Description:

· Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with all potential and existing referral sources.

· Provide support for the referral sources/potential admissions by addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback appropriately and effectively in a timely manner.

· Serve as the primary resource for facility promotions.

· Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentation as needed.

· Coordinator the entire process of referral to admission, including obtaining of approvals and authorizations.

· Work with Administrators to meet short term and long-term census goals.

· Travel to hospitals and other potential admission sources.

Shift:

Full Time

Candidate Qualifications:

· Long term care experience is preferred.

· MUST be LPN or RN

· Sales or admission background preferred

· Knowledge base of local healthcare markets.

· Experience working with healthcare insurance companies.

· Ability to communicate effectively.

· Ability to plan, organize and effectively present ideas and concepts to community groups and agencies.
