Job Description
The Marketing Clinical Liaison is a key associate at Hope Network whose primary responsibilities include: Generate neuro rehabilitation residential referrals to Hope Network Neuro Rehabilitation programs. Complete patient assessment and communicate status to Program Directors. Complete admissions protocols and manage the admissions process. Promote and educate on the qualities, values, and array of services provided through HNNR to referral stakeholders. Develop positive relationships with referral sources and implement creative marketing applications.

- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this position.
- Serve as a point of contact between HNNR programs and the community, potential new participants, families, and referral sources to facilitate admissions.
- Work with referrals and referral sources to explain HNNR programs and admission criteria.
- Complete pre-admissions screenings and write Plan of Care for submission to the funding source. Serve as the point of contact for funders that wish to discuss the plan of care with the program Medical Director, Nursing Supervisor or similar role.
- Determine appropriateness for HNNR services for potential patients and make recommendations for or against admission according to established timeline.
- Complete all pre admission protocols and manage the admissions process. Utilize Admissions Coordinators/Funding for internal processing of admission including bed availability, funding approval, and transportation arrangements.
- Generate referrals that meet identified admissions criteria. Identify and prioritize high volume referral targets.
- Develop and execute sales action plan, reporting sales activity and resulting success in CRM. Call on potential referral sources through cold calls, phone and electronic work, luncheons, in-services or other approaches to hospitals, physicians, case managers, payers, or other identified stakeholders to generate referrals.
- Model and promote good communication, follow-up, and positive representation of the program.
- Attend pertinent meetings and conferences to promote HNNR services. These may require travel outside of target region and may occur outside the hours of a standard work day.
- Regularly coordinate with department leader on communication strategy, events, collateral needs, including participate in content development.
- Participate in weekly call-in meetings and periodic attendance at department meetings.
Educational / Talent Requirements:
- RN degree required
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate in both verbal and written formats to . articulate the services available and actively support the mission of the corporation
- Ability to travel in multi-state area.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Work Experience Requirements:
- Five years or more experience in clinical services, preferable neuro rehabilitation.clinical services.
- Two years or more experience in healthcare related sales
- Experience presenting to groups ranging from 2 to 30 and successfully communicating message.
