Job Description
We are currently looking for a Clinical Liaison to join our team. As a Clinical Liaison, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare referral sources, representing our skilled nursing community and brand, and contributing towards growing occupancy for skilled nursing in our Continuing Care Retirement Community.
Responsibilities: - Call on multiple facility types such as hospitals, physician offices, home health and hospice agencies, assisted living and other senior living settings within an assigned territory to develop professional relationships with key contacts, and generate referrals. - Educate and inform referral sources about our services and programs offered. - Reach out to community-based organizations to let them know of services available and ask for referrals. - Receive and respond to referrals and inquiries for skilled nursing services as well as provide follow-up and educational information to referral partners, case management teams, and hospital systems. - Develop a territory plan to meet sales targets. Track KPIs related to sales activity. Submit KPIs and sales reports weekly. - Update CRM with all contacts and sales activities daily. - Perform resident satisfaction oversight, ensuring residents and their families are receiving quality care through check-ins and feedback. - Represent our Continuing Care Retirement Community and skilled nursing department in a positive light. - Track, report and meet goals set by management. - Foster teamwork with co-workers, show initiative in overcoming obstacles, take actions that assist others beyond job responsibilities, and have a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors. - Seek out and perform other duties as assigned or needed. Qualifications: - 2+ years' experience in a professional office work environment. - 2+ years' experience in sales, fundraising, outreach. Proven experience in developing new accounts and building strong relationships within referral sources. - Preference for clinical background, particularly RN or LPN/LVN licensure. - Excellent networking and relationship building skills. - Preference for previous experience in a healthcare sales setting. - Must be creative, self-motivated, and have outstanding verbal communication skills. - Must demonstrate strong writing skills - writing that is clear, organized and thoughtful. - Goal oriented and able to consistently meet targets set by their supervisor. - Must be comfortable with navigating various computer systems and applications.
