Infusion Services Liaison

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Infusion Services Liaison for our independent outpatient infusion center.

Duties:
· Develop, maintain and build relationships with specialist physician office staff, primary care providers, Pharmaceutical reps, payer case managers, benefits consultants and employers

· Work closely with providers, referral partners, and Infusion operations team to ensure positive outcomes for patients and physicians

· Act as a liaison between referring practices, Infusion operations team and patients to ensure physician practices are educated on referral processes and patients are captured timely

· Establish a positive and collaborative working relationship with pharmaceutical reps and other referral sources within territory

· In collaboration with the Infusion Services Director and Practice Manager, lead initiatives to create a high level of customer service by working closely with all staff and providers to create the ideal patient experience and environment.

· Regularly update the company website and social media.

· All other duties, as assigned.

· Professional individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate independent judgment within the scope of this position, while maintaining effective relations with others.

· Highly proficient in all communication skills (phone, verbal and written). Ability to handle sensitive information and situations with poise and professionalism.

· Commitment to service excellence, with the ability to demonstrate a consistently professional level of customer service with all patients, providers, and colleagues.

· Strong organizational, coordination and judgment skills. Ability to prioritize effectively.

· Exhibit flexibility and function effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Willing and able to work with Infusion Services Director and Practice Manager to balance initiatives and projects to meet all deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
