Clinical Laboratory Scientist/Memphis Tn

Select Laboratory Partners, Inc. is seeking to hire a full time Clinical Laboratory scientist to join our managed laboratory sector. Reference laboratory is currently a urine drug screening toxicology laboratory but is expanding into primary care testing by adding Hematology and Clinical Chemistry. Preferred candidate must have Clinical Chemistry and Hematology experience. Extensive instrument and LIS training is provided. TN license required.
Job duties include but limited to:

• Follow safe laboratory practices and standard operating procedures
• Provide customer support to laboratory clients
• Perform patient and quality control testing of urine drug screens, chemistry and hematology specimens
• Verify and report test results
• Perform instrument validation and maintenance
• Identify, document and resolve instrument issues
• Provide personnel training

Education and experience:
Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory science or Bachelor of Arts in science or biology with a minimum of two years of Clinical Laboratory experience. Associate MLT with two years of Clinical Laboratory experience will be considered. TN General supervisor license required.
Position is full time Monday - Friday day shift. Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits are options. Company paid life insurance policy. 401K enrollment available thru ADP TotalSource. Background screening will be performed.
