Form of workAs a Clinical Lab Supervisor you will be supporting Vitalant's life saving mission by working with other team members and providing skilled technical oversight in the laboratory. You will get to coordinate testing of biological specimens and review testing results and quality assessment data.

We're looking for someone who can:
- Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate performance of lab staff and personnel
- Ensure completion of reagent preparation, pre-qualification, and quality assurance
- Conduct required competency observations and ensure complete and accurate documentation.
- Perform preventative maintenance, quality assurance and calibrations on equipment, identifying high complexity equipment malfunctions and troubleshooting
- Ensure adequate level of supplies and reagents are maintained
- Participate in process improvement and budget discussions
