Location: This position is based in our Campbell, California offices, on-site & full-time. Imperative Care does not provide relocation or additional housing compensation for the summer internship.

What You'll Do:
We are looking for a talented Clinical Engineering Intern, who will utilize their clinical and technical knowledge for discovering key clinical needs, assisting to develop pre-clinical protocols, collaborate on design and evaluation of prototypes for Telos Health's robotic-assisted technology.
- Collaborate with physicians and key clinical users on clinical procedure and user need
- Participate in development of pre-clinical testing protocols
- Participate in Simulation Lab Management
- Participate in early design investigation teams that are lean and efficient with a focus on product development
- Minimum of 2 years of college-level coursework, prefer enrolment in a Controls Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biology or similar degree-seeking program
- Interest in Endovascular procedures or Radiology
- Strong creative and analytical thinker who is intellectually curious
- Excellent organization skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently using good judgment and initiative
- Team player who can incorporate input from others
- Ability to speak up when important information or questions must be raised
- Sound decision making capabilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for a variety of audiences
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft office products
- Good design skills, including knowledge of Illustrator, Canva, or similar
