JOB PURPOSE:
The Clinical Education Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Clinical Education, Clinical Educators and the LMS Administrator to achieve desired outcomes and objectives while ensuring efficient office operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Perform various administrative tasks as directed by the Director of Clinical Education, including but not limited to document preparation, data entry, and scheduling.
§ Assist with maintenance and management of Learning Management systems and Clinical Education Programs.
§ Maintain and prepare monthly reports of continuing education activities, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
§ Maintain database(s) to track, schedule, and record activities.
§ Assist with accreditation maintenance and processes.
§ Maintain working understanding of accreditation bodies, and related requirements.
§ Coordinate and monitor activities related to these requirements to ensure full compliance.
§ Create and deliver Accreditation Certificates.
§ Provides timely and consistent feedback to stakeholders and maintains accurate records.
§ Acts as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
§ Manage mail dissemination, shipping and receiving of packages ensuring timely distribution.
§ Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
§ Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
§ Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
§ High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
§ Minimum of 2 years in a clinical/educational support role.
§ Ability to work remotely and independently in a virtual setting; with ability to travel to local office location as needed and determined by leadership.
§ Effective organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines
§ Dedicated office space with high-speed internet to support work requirements and ensure seamless operation and communication.
§ Proficient in office software and database management.
§ Strong written and oral communication skills.
PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
§ 2-4 years’ experience in management assistance of a Learning Management System.
§ Experience working in healthcare industry, specifically within clinical settings or Durable Medical Equipment (DME)/Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) providers.
§ Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
