Physician's Plan Weight Loss + Aesthetic + Med Spa
Physician's Plan is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director to join our team. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing the strategic management and growth of the assigned center, ensuring optimal patient experiences and positive weight loss results. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business performance by supervising Physician's Plan programs and services, implementing product and service promotions, and leading a dedicated team to success.
Duties and Responsibilities
Managerial

• Supervise general operations, including clinical functions such as front desk, medication dispensing, patient weigh-ins, injections, and blood pressure calculation.
• Ensure the office environment reflects the best image for Physician's Plan, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating minor repairs.
• Directly supervise all employees of the assigned center, including hiring, training, performance appraisal, motivation, and discipline.
• Address and resolve complaints and problems effectively.
• Conduct and oversee food and beverage inventory.
• Ensuring compliance with company and government forms and regulations.

Clinical

• Oversee all aspects of weight loss plans/services and ensure optimal communication with patients and prospects.
• Perform duties of the Clinical Coordinator, assisting patients in identifying their weight loss needs and presenting program solutions.
• Present Physician's Plan program to new patient prospects in an engaging manner to secure appointments.

Practice Growth and Development

• Develop and execute tactical promotions for new product introductions and cross-promotions.
• Stay informed about new weight loss products and programs, providing solutions to new competitive forces in the market.
• Conduct off-site presentations to local businesses and organizations to increase awareness and trial for Physician's Plan.
• Prepare for trade shows, generate leads, and identify new business opportunities for the practice.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, training other centers as needed.
• Build close patient relationships to understand needs/goals and identify business-building trends and opportunities.

Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or two to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of basic nutritional guidelines related to weight loss (Personal Experience or Certification).
• Knowledge of aesthetics procedures for explanation, sales, procedure, and assisting.
• Sales Experience
