Family Solutions of Ohio, a pioneering force in behavioral health, seeks a Clinical Director to become the architect of our clinical future within the substance abuse and chemical dependency realm. You'll spearhead our Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse division along with supervising a team of dedicated professionals in empowering individuals struggling with SUDs and co-occurring mental health conditions, paving the way for transformative journeys.

Beyond clinical expertise, you'll:

• Orchestrate clinical excellence: Oversee client intake, assessments, and treatment planning, ensuring personalized interventions that address co-occurring conditions and individual needs.
• Mentor and inspire: Provide direct clinical supervision and guidance, empowering therapists to reach their full potential and consistently deliver gold-standard care.
• Drive quality improvement: Collaborate with the Program Director to set clinical goals, evaluate program effectiveness, and champion data-driven initiatives that elevate the quality of care.

We seek a leader who:

• Possesses a Master of Science in Social Work or Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and holds an active licensure (LCDC or LICDC) in Ohio.
• Boasts a minimum of 5 years of experience guiding and supervising clinicians in treating SUDs and co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Demonstrates proven expertise in implementing evidence-based SUD treatment modalities like CBT, MI, and ACT.
