United States- Remote/Telecommute
8:00am-5:00pm Est./Cst.
Equipment and hardware provided. Interviewing, orientation, and training are conducted virtually.Responsibilities
- Document and own the SOP process.
- Work with the Pharmacy Benefits Managers (PBMs) and Medical Benefits teams each month to add, remove, or update any PRx eligible medications based on the Monthly Change Report and facilitate monthly distribution of these lists both internally and externally.
- Review medication lists, if needed, for appropriate Essential Health Benefit designations based on applicable Benchmark plans, document, and report to appropriate to team members monthly.
- Detailed research of copay assistant programs to identify changes including, but not limited to, program availability, funds offered, enrollment/re-enrollment process, terms & conditions.
- Update the copay information in the appropriate places.
- Report updates to Zitter through their online portal as needed.
- Review and manage the various reports in the Clinical Dashboard in Salesforce daily.
- Review and validate potential reported changes in copay assistance based on the Master drug list and Zitter Flat file comparison monthly.
- Other duties as assigned.

The employee must provide reliable, high-speed internet with sufficient bandwidth (25/25mp) to execute all job functions. Additionally, the employee must have a private workspace with a desk and chair, free from distraction.
Physical Demands and Working ConditionsDuties are performed primarily in a home office using company-provided computer equipment. While performing the duties of this job, you will regularly sit and talk. The employee is frequently required to use their hands. Employees will occasionally be required to stand and walk.
