ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
To perform this job, an individual must accomplish each essential function satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Use expert knowledge of compliance practices to execute the organization-wide compliance program as required by the Office of Inspector General seven-element guidance.
• Analyze complex laws and regulations that govern all business units.
• Develop educational curriculum and provide training on regulatory compliance topics.
• Act as liaison to numerous operating business units working to ensure business unit compliance and serves as a resource for compliance questions, concerns, and guidance.
• Assists with and performs regular compliance auditing and monitoring activities focusing on topics outlined in the organization's corporate compliance audit plan and risk areas as identified by the OIG.
• Special projects as assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer from identification through implementation and follow up.
• Aid the development, revisions to and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and instructions, and collaborate with other departments and business units of the company in addressing their policies, etc. relating to or impacting the company's compliance program.
• Participate in the planning and performance of the compliance risk assessment process.
• Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/REQUIRED SKILLS:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education/License:
o Graduate of an accredited nursing program
o Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
• Experience:
o Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare setting
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES:
• Does not have supervisory responsibilities
• Occasionally needs manager's direction due to extraordinary circumstances
