Come join the team at a busy Plastic Surgery Practice. As a Clinical Care Associate you will be tasked with supporting our best-in-class providers (Drs, Injectors, and Aestheticians) as they provide cosmetic treatments with life changing results.
Our patient care assistants provide clinical support to the patients. Ideal candidates can speak knowledgably about procedures, communicate efficiently with the rest of the team, and put the patient first.
How You'll Support the Clinical Team:
- Interview patients and document medical history
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Update medical records
- Arrange surgical and laboratory services
- Assist during medical examinations including preparing patients for exams
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
- Assist any co-worker or provider where needed
What we're looking for:
- Proven working experience as a Certified Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures including Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Social perceptiveness and service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in Phlebotomy
Strong Candidates will also have:
- Experience billing insurance
- Purchasing and inventory experience
- Scheduling experience
Job Type: Part-time and the ability to work in two locations
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
