SalaryIncinta Fertility Center is an exciting new Infertility Center located in the heart of Torrance, California. We are currently searching for Front Office Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Call leads and covert to the new patients
Schedule new/follow up patients
Makes reminder calls to patients scheduled for next day
Returns all patient voicemails throughout the day
Revises schedule during the day for cancellations/reschedule of all appointments
Notifies new patients of documents needed to submit prior to their appointment
Cover for front desk during rotated lunch hours and Saturdays
Related duties assigned
Requirements:
Medical office experience with prior fertility or women’s health experience is a plus.
Certified Medical Assistant or New graduate Medical Assistant are welcome to apply. (we will train)
Any additional language speaking is a plus+

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
