Regency Integrated Health Services is the Management Company of over 60 skilled nursing locations throughout Texas.
The Clinical Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and provides administrative support, runs reports, and executes audits to ensure that our clinical department is running optimally. This position works with tight deadlines, and confidential information, and requires attention to detail and accuracy, therefore and a high level of professionalism is required.
- Tracking regulatory activity for SNF centers
- Reporting of open survey windows for recertification surveys
- Maintaining open regulatory timelines
- Track CMP’s imposed, waive letters and payment of CMP’s
- Report compliance with POC documentation
- Track mock survey and completion dates
- Review and report PBJ data for follow up
- Create weekly, monthly and quarterly reports

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years working in an administrative setting
- MUST reside in the Victoria or Austin area and office out of the Victoria Corporate Office or Austin Regional Office.
- Handle PHI and other sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Ability to relate verbal instructions, and communicate in a courteous and effective fashion with co-workers and agencies.
- Skilled in the use of: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have good organizational skills to achieve multiple deadlines.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, emails, letters, and forms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
