Job Title: Clinical Coordinator for Orthopedic Surgeon

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Coordinator to join our team of orthopedic professionals. The Clinical Coordinator will work closely with the orthopedic surgeon to provide exceptional patient care and support the clinical operations of the practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage surgery schedule for the orthopedic surgeon
• Ensure patient medical records are accurate and up-to-date
• Assist with patient intake and discharge processes
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment
• Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans and post-operative care
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Provide administrative support to the orthopedic surgeon as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems

We offer a competitive hourly pay between $18-$22 dollars an hour to commensurate with experience, along with full benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
