- Full-time position
- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 7:00am-7:00pm – Hours may vary.
- Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm
- Sunday 11:00am-3:00pm
- DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for answering multi-line telephone, scheduling appointments, routing phone calls and taking messages
- Obtains insurance information and checks patients in upon their arrival
- Greets and assists customers as needed
- Other clerical support as requested
Requirements
Educational/Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal/interpersonal customer service and computer skills
- Ability to use electronic medical record and other software programs
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English well
- Experience in healthcare setting helpful
