Position Summary
The ClientSpace Administrator ensures all Systems and Networks for the Internal HR department (includes Internal HR, Internal Benefits, & Internal Payroll) are in working order and functioning properly. Helps connect up additional HR systems for the Internal HR department up to Prism. Recommends changes to the systems processes, structure, and/or system set up to the Internal HR senior leadership team to increase efficiencies, resolve issues, and ensure all systems are running and operating optimally
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work cross collaboratively with the Systems Operations team on the client facing instance of Prism to develop a deep subject matter expertise of Prism and provide recommendations to the Internal HR senior leadership team to increase efficiencies, resolve issues, ensure that all systems are running smoothly, and that we are using Prism to its optimal capabilities.
  • Implement approved recommendations for enhancements to system processes, build outs, etc.
  • Provide recommendations to Prism on product development and enhancements that we recommend at a product level to help support us and other customers with continued product enhancements.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and connecting up any automations, APIs, and connections from other products or systems that need to feed in or out of our internal instance of Prism.
  • Help maintain the system database for accuracy, cleanliness of data, and implement protocols to ensure the system maintains department specified structure and order.
  • Assist with processing and managing the imports of census data for integrating division partner employees.
  • Assist with development and build out of other systems and products (Ex. Client space, Agile PM, legacy programs, etc.)
  • Develop the team's proficiency for utilizing prism to an optimal level.
  • Train our current Prism subject matter experts as back up support to assist with Systems in the Systems Administrator's absence.
  • Assist with identifying opportunities for increased automation and efficiencies with workflows and system use.
  • Help develop custom reports and system wide available reports for all HR team members to have available to run.
  • Set up PTO plans in the system, audit PTO plan accruals, etc.
  • Set up system workflows and make updates when needed.
  • Set up document repository and make updates as necessary.
  • Manage qualified life events in the system.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and/or other educational programs in computer science, IT, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with Prism and Prism products required (such as Client Space and Agile Performance Management).
  • Experience working with Microsoft office products
  • MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate), MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certifications are a plus, but not required.
