ABOUT US:
We are looking for a technician to provide prompt remote and on-site technical support for desktop hardware, software and peripherals including but not limited to desktop computers, notebook/laptop computers, departmental servers, office phone system, Smart Phone devices, copiers and printers. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software. Assist with network troubleshooting and configuration. Maintain office networks. Assist with other IT-related projects as assigned.

Be able to build, configure, install desktop/notebook/tablet software, hardware and related peripherals. When we say build we mean build a PC from absolute scratch.
Be able to configure, troubleshoot and install Linksys routers.
Must be able to support Windows XP/7/8, Windows 2003/ 2008 Server active directory (setup domain and configure)
Application support for MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
Must demonstrate the willingness and capability of multi-tasking by taking on several duties, tasks, projects and/or responsibilities at one time.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
US citizenship or a green card holder legal status required.
No visible tattoo's or body modification.
ABOUT THE POSITION:- Answer incoming helpdesk/support calls.
Enter, prioritize and resolve support tickets.
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the helpdesk.
Report issues to managers for escalation.
Diagnose software/hardware issues over the phone.
Remote support to desktop users, servers and network devices.
Monitor and check backup systems.
Manage client base; detailed reporting on client's systems, setups, names and locations.
Build and maintain support knowledge base.
PAY:
This is a full time position with pay starting from $15 per hour.
