Job Description
We are seeking a PC Support Technician to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients in person,
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
- You will need to pick up and return parts installed on a daily basis
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- need to complete courses assigned and training in the onboarding phase. There are 6 courses for the Dell certification. Each of these course's range between 1 and 3 hours.
- Must have reliable transportation(like Car)
- You must have worked on Dell and HP laptop and desktops
