As we continue to look toward the future, we are seeking to add a Client Support Associate to our team. With us here, the Client Support Associate will receive front-end, hands-on training from experienced team members as well as management. We highly value organic growth and giving each individual the opportunity to receive training at their own pace.
Client Support Associate Responsibilities:
- Engage in direct sales and customer interactions through targeted residential outreach campaigns
- Present our clients available products and services, along with any promotions the customer may qualify for with the goal of enrolling the customer and increase revenue for our client
- Becoming an expert in all aspects of client products and services in order to accurately educate and answer consumer questions
- Following up with client-provided leads in order to build customer rapport as well as close sales as needed
- Ensuring all client compliance guidelines are followed when working with customer
- Working alongside other Customer Support Agents in order to trade tips and tricks to better the success of the team
- Receiving leadership development training to be able to grow and take on roles in leadership with us in the future
Client Support Associate Requirements & Preferred Skills:
- Must have a high school diploma/GED equivalent
- Some experience working in a customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality environment preferred
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment as well as individually and part of a team
- Some leadership experience preferred
- Must be able to work full time (Monday-Friday, including some Saturdays)
- Must be able to commute to our office for in person meetings
- Must be comfortable traveling locally
- Must be able to start within two weeks

Pay: $750.00 - $1,300.00 per week
