Under the direct supervision of the Director of Clinical Quality, the RN Quality Coordinator is primarily responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and establishing programs and systems to improve HCC/RAF, HEDIS and other quality measures associated with payer programs. This position is also responsible for collaboration with payer Case Management teams and assisting the RN TCM Coordinator with Transitional Care Management activities.
